Ruby’s the little red boat that lives on the lake and minds absolutely no one’s business but her own.
She’s not flash. Paint’s chipped, rope’s a bit dodgy, and if you listen closely she creaks like an old bloke getting out of a chair.
Some mornings she’s right where she should be.
Other mornings she’s drifted halfway across the lake like she’s snuck out for a quiet mission.The locals just shrug and say, “That’s Ruby. Bit of a wanderer.”
Truth is, every lake needs one slightly rebellious little red boat… just to keep things interesting. 🚤
